RT Dental - Richard Tom D.M.D.

I have been going to Dr. Heflich for over 20 years, when i found out he was retiring i panicked, it took me a very long time to trust a dentist, I'm not the easiet patient , I was advised by Dr. Heflich that his replacement is Dr Tom, once again i had reservations, Dr. Heflich introduced me to him and he was so very polite and seemed very caring and understood that i was extremely nervous and he understood that, he stayed with me and did my exam because i needed to have some cosmetic work done, after the exam he shook my hand , by the way very soft hands . On my way out with still having reservations i made an apointment to have the work done, a week later i went back and i'm not going to lie i was extremely nervous but was willing to give dr tom a chance , and boy was i pleased he made me feel extremely comfortable and was extremely patient with me, he spoke with me during my proceedure which made me feel at ease, when i was finished i was extremly happy with him and the work he had done , i went to the front desk and made another appointment with him. Dr Tom I want to THANK YOU for giving me my smile back . You are Caring and so very understanding of your patients being nervous . Thank you

When I heard that my dentist of nearly thirty years was going to retire, I was going to retire from going to the dentist as well. I really could not believe that the greatest dentist known to so many could be replaced. My family all had similar thoughts as well.

I decided to give Dr, Tom a chance to prove me wrong. Well I got to tell ya, I was wrong, I might add that I do not admit to being wrong often, but Dr. Tom certainly proved me wrong. I was the first in our family to see Dr. Tom and he is wonderful. A truly gifted dentist with a soft caring touch. Now the whole family has scheduled an appointment. You should as well!
