RSM Maintenance & Construction

* They paid me! 2 stars now not 1 ! Lets hope some of the other vendors will pay too!
RSM Maintenance and Construction is on a list of companies I would love to personally visit the owner and take things from him as he has robbed from me. RSM had me schedule an appointment with Applebee's Restaurant to do irrigation work that I completed as instructed on 09/08/2015. Today 01/08/16 4 months later and 10 phone calls to manager David Pen at I still do not have my money! They have told me multiple times "o sorry yes I will print your check today and mail it to you right now" For all the people out there that get a call from RSM please be carful and be ready to get the runaround. If it were up to me people like this would be in jail. This is worse than writing hot checks all over town. There needs to be a law to deal with criminals like RSM. Pay me my money and I will adjust my review to 2 stars and let everyone know that I did finally get my money.

RSM has always paid my company we do facility service work orders for them
In NY & NJ also they have a quick pay option to get paid the next day after you send in your invoice. James Hemsarth is always helpful when I call in for updates! Always happy to take work from RSM!

Rsm maintenance does not pay their contractors for services performed. They are into us for almost $8k and way past the net terms and all I get from them is bullshit excuses about where our money is. Do not do business with rsm!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RSM!! They simply do not pay their vendors and treat them poorly.One star is giving this poor excuse of a company too much credit. I submitted all the paperwork by the book, Work was done in a timely manner and they continue to make excuses and not pay. Now I have to lien the property owner that contracts with RSM just to get paid. 0 stars for this poor excuse of a business.

My company has been performing HVAC service for RSM for four years now, never had an issue that wasn't resolved quickly. I never had problems getting my invoices paid; I would email their accounts payable department with a question and I would receive a response by the next business day, at the latest. RSM is very transparent with regards to what the technicians need to submit to make the payment process as smooth as possible.

Their project managers and staff are very professional, are always accessible and are great to deal with. Bill Penn and his crew are the best of the best. It is not all business with them, there is a human element as well, which is refreshing in today's business environment. Their staff is more like co-workers to my employees and me.

RSM Maintenance is one of the best, if not the best, client I provide service for.
