A few years ago, after my brand new car was rear ended at a stop sign, I brought it to Hot Bumpers for repair.

They did a great job, and their customer service is above and beyond what I have come to expect from past experiences with body shops.

Since then I have went back to Zoltan and his team on a couple of occasions, and I am happy with their work every time.

No matter if you have a brand new luxury car or an older economy car, they treat you and your car with respect, so I will keep coming back!

After an unfortunate fender-bender that fell outside of insurance coverage, my car needed quality work, and my wallet needed it to be cheap.

I was incredibly fortunate to find Zoltan at Hot Bumpers. He went back and forth with me on the specs of the repair until we found a solution that fit my budget. And the quality of the work is beyond top-notch: my car has never looked better! Thanks so much Zoltan!

I have done mechanical repairs on my own cars throughout my 50 years so I consider myself knowledgeable. Over the years, when I didn't have the time, I would bring my cars to many different places for repair (dealers, chain shops, private garages, etc…). Many of these shops had their specialty in that they only did the mechanical stuff, like doctors treating only one illness.
A few years ago, I brought my classic van to Hot Bumpers for small but much needed body work. As I toured the facility, I noticed this Mom and Pop shop wasn't just replacing fenders and painting. They were doing major and minor mechanical repairs as well. Then I thought: “Of course! They are like general practitioners! Bodies, engines, suspension, etc..” so why wouldn't I bring my cars to Zoltan and Reka Feher (the owners) for mechanical repair as well? Their technicians are skilled and motivated so maybe I was "on" to something.
First, I brought my car in for a few small, low risk repairs as a test and was pleased
with the price, speed and flexibility of their schedule. Over time, I would
bring them more important mechanical repairs and they treated each instance with the same integrity and highest quality standards as the first one. I have been
bringing my car to them ever since.
Now they moved from their big Northvale location to a somewhat smaller one at 15 Bergenline Ave., Westwood, NJ. While this location is 3 miles closer to my home, I would have driven further to have this team keep my cars in great shape as they have for years. Also, this location doesn't have the presence the older one does but don’t judge this book by its cover. Zoltan and Reka are still sound business people which can be a rare find in the automotive repair business.

I good friend recommended Hot Bumpers and i must say that they are very professional, and the service and quality of work is outstanding, Reka was so helpful with the claim process it made my life so much easier, I definitely will bring my car here for future repairs and i will definitely recommended to friends.
