RP Limos & Transport LLC

Beware of this company. There was a traffic incident between my vehicle, parked, and one of thier larger limos. There is matching evidence, photos, etc. and one of thier representatives acknowledged the incident and sent me to THIER OWN body shop to have the damage repaired. Once the estimate from thier shop was produced, RP limos and transport refused to pay for the damage. I am pursuing legal action now.

My fiance and I were looking for a limo for our wedding on May 31, 2014. RP Limo offered us three hours for $333 as a special deal so we booked it on my debit card. I looked at my bank statement a few days later and realized they had charged me $583.60. I called them and the woman said the man who gave us that $333 deal "no longer works there" and there is no way she would honor that discount. I reminded her that I never authorized a charge of $583.60 and that I wanted a full refund and to cancel my reservation. She said she would cancel my reservation but I was not getting any type of refund. Obviously I got upset and she told me she wouldn't be yelled at by a "little girl" and hung up on me. My fiancé called and she told him that if either of us call her again she was cancelling the reservation, keeping the money, and not showing up on our wedding day. We did not want our wedding day to be ruined so we did not call again and the limo showed up on time on our wedding day.
I checked my bank account yesterday and saw that they had charged my debit card $883.60 on 7/21. This is almost TWO MONTHS after my wedding. My husband called and the same woman who we dealt with last time said she only does bookkeeping and billing "might" be in tomorrow if we wanted to speak with them. My husband told her that it was an emergency and she said that billing has a different schedule every week so she doesn't know when they will be in. I contacted my bank and am filing a dispute for this unauthorized charge. I am also contacting the BBB and NJ Department of Consumer Affairs.

Just used RP Limos, easy online reservation for an early morning pick up to Connecticut. Arrived 5 minutes early, gave me a call on my cell to let me know he was outside.The driver Pat was courteous and the service was great. The limo was clean and comfortable. I will recommend this service to all my friends.

Working with RP Limos was phenomenal from beginning to end! We chose the 28 passenger limo bus to transport our bridal party on the wedding day. The limo bus was exceptional- it was clean, well air conditioned, and the absolute perfect vehicle for our event. On top of a great vehicle, BILL, our driver, was FANTASTIC. He went above and beyond anything that I expected from our driver that day. He helped everyone one in and out of the bus, provided refreshments, he held flowers, straightened my train out for several pictures, held smokes, cell phones, he made sure our necklaces where correct, He also put in a long day and always had a smile on his face with a great sense of humor. Most of all he was nothing but professional and he truly made our day. I cannot thank him enough! I would recommend RP Limos to any bride and groom, or anyone looking for world-class transportation. Stay as far away from this company as possible. I hired them on 10/5/13 for a trip to NYC and paid by Credit Card. Once they had my Amex on file they charged my CC 798.00 on 11/09/13 and 11/25/13 and 12/09/13 totaling 2,394.00. I contested the charges with Amex and RP Limo actually tried to cover up the fraud by providing fake signatures to back it up.

I spoke with the driver John who drove us the first trip and another previous employee of RP Limo and both have left the company because of unethical practice they witnessed. I made an attempted to contact the owner Raj but he didn't have the courtesy to return my cal.

I will be in contact with the local policy department today to file fraud charges.
