I have been mailed my tourist visa a month alreday. Express mail n extra envelope .also $40. i called or email several times and left the messeges but i didnt see your guys call or give me any result. next week will be my last week and i still wait for it . i hope your guys let me know whats going on with my visa .

WOW. I literally said to my friend I wish Thai CG had a review page so I could tell people how horrible they are. Here it is. I sent in my passport via mail to get a thai tourist visa. I did everything according to the book on the website, sent in the exact documents, exact amount of money, even called them to double check, but they didn't pick up the 3 times I called. I mailed it in and about a week later they called me saying I hadn't sent enough money. I told them that's the amount the website said and he said "no check again" and I did and .. guess what. Still the same amount as what I sent. REGARDLESS, I spent 30$ to overnight the remainder of the money and kept checking tracking on my self-addressed return envelope I included, but it remained inactive. Throughout the next week I called about 6 or 7 times and no one ever picked up the phone even though it was business hours. Finally, someone answered when I called 8 times in a row as I leave in 3 days. They first told me they couldn't find my passport, and when they finally did, they said it didn't have a self-addressed envelope included. Funny, as I have a receipt and tracking and put it in myself. So then I paid Fed Ex 40$ to go pick it up and overnight it to me, as my trip is now TWO days away and I don't have a passport. I have been calling all morning since they opened, and no one has picked up the phone.
I wish I could give LESS than one star, this is the LEAST professional place I have ever dealt with in my life. Now I am sitting here, just PRAYING this passport gets to me in time or I'll lose about 1400$ on a flight I booked.

I must say i was VERY impressed with the gentleman issuing VISAS as he went out of his way to help us during our christmas vacation and the airlines demanding we need a visa short notice at the airport. I do not have the name of the official who allowed us to get visas short notice but he is an ambassador for the country of Thailand in my eyes, and i have been taking trips to Thailand for 25 years. Highly recommended no matter the political situation. Many thanks again sir.

I was a little fearful heading there in efforts to gain visas for myself and wife, especially after having read two poor reviews here on Google. Perhaps it was because the reviews were dated (2-3 years ago), but they do not reflect the type of service I encountered there. Everything was organized, and the people were incredibly helpful and friendly. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to do them some justice.
