I'm working for development company that doing business in New York.
I had a contract with Royal Pack Systems Inc to finish of a new projects compactor system for 7story buiding (new construction). I paid them money for delivering and installing the compactor machine and supposed to pay other part upon delivering and installation of chute doors.
In fact only certain parts of the compactor were brought to the site however the main inner parts to be delivered for a year by now. chute doors have never been delivered and installed. I kept calling them one or twice every week but the only answer that got was: "we will arrange delivery and installation next week...next week...next week...".
I've been waiting for it too long and decided to take them to the court which i won and now I hope they wont play any games with us returning our money back.
As I heard, the company is having a serious problem inside between partners. thats why some of the projects are posponed or even droped without returning any money to contractors.
I know that I'm not the one and only who been screwed by Royal Pack Systems Inc.
