Had a bad experience with Royal Motors. Had a number of problems with the car since we purchased from them. Also the information provided on their website about the car was different to what was in the carfax (number of owners/ service history). They also failed to fix an existing air conditioning program which the sale was conditional upon and then just started ignoring my calls. I wouldn't recommend shopping here!

Just bought a Cadillac CTS from them. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Service was very good. Car looks good, Runs and rides great. If no problems occur with the car I would recommend them to anybody

Purchased a high model car from with low miles from royal motors located at 780 W merrick rd valley stream ny 11580...had a horrible experience with this dealership...I paid the full amount in advance and they still held the car for over 5 days...their excuse was: "we wanted to drive around the car for a few days and make sure theres nothing wrong with it" which was complete BULLSH***...Later on I found out the car was never ready for inspection and they had to drive around the car for awhile till they get the green light (it was an issue that they fixed before they put the car up for sale...they took all the money for the car first and then they held the car for over 5 days to fix it)...when they tell me to come down and pick up the car I find out they put an EXTRA 1XXX miles on the car...the car that I already paid for in full...later on I found out the car was involved in a SERIOUS ACCIDENT and the whole right side was painted...they gave me a FAKE CARFAX...I contacted the carfax and I found out there was an accident reported to the carfax...but they gave me a clean carfax...all the other reviews speaks for itself...if you are smart and dont wanna loose your hard working money>>>>THEN YOU WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! I'm trying to get all the people who were a VICTIM of this dealership together and do a lawsuit against these scam artists!!!!

Purchased a late model Honda Accord with low miles from this dealer (Royal Motors located at 780 W. Merrick Road, Valley Stream, NY 11580). Located the car on the web. Upon viewing and test driving the car I asked if it had been in any accidents, at that time I was told by Max (owner) that the car had no accident history and I was presented a clear Carfax to support the statement.

Two days after I purchased the car I noticed a vibration from the front end. I called Max and was told to take it to my local Honda dealer since the car was still under the manufacturer’s warranty. I proceeded to take the car to my local Honda dealer to have it looked at and repaired. It was at that point that I was informed that the car had been in a front end collision, presented a Carfax with an accident dating back to 2011, and told that the warranty is voided due to this accident. In addition, the car was unsafe to drive. Upon calling Royal Motors with the news I asked for a refund on the purchase, which was denied. I sent both Carfax reports (Royal Motor's and my Honda dealer's) to Carfax customer service for verification. Carfax validated that the accident appeared on the Carfax that Royal Motors pulled. It looks like the copy given to me by Royal Motors had been altered to remove the accident. This dealer is unethical, dishonest and what they did is illegal. Stay away from them.

Me and my wife are expecting a baby boy in the Summer and we needed to get a bigger car. Royal Motors not only helped us find the exact car we were looking for but they guided us every step of the way to get the car that same day! all in all very honest, great people and lets not forget the best price (trust me we looked all over) very highly recommend them, thank you Royal Motors!
