- Terrible #23763

Scammer and fraud. Avoid at all costs. Did thousands of dollars of damage to our roof, refused to fix it, always had an excuse for why work wasn't getting done. Roofers looking at the work Oscar Barros and Royal Home Remodeling did at my house shake their head and ask if the guy had a clue how to do a job properly.
