Very Poor Repair Service and Bad Business Etiquette - I took a pair of jeans to have the multiple holes, all in the same area of the crotch, repaired. They not only took longer than usual to repair them, but when I got the jeans home, there were three holes left un-repaired. Upon having to take the time to go all the way back, they wanted to charge me a second time to repair the holes they missed. It was not the money, I would have been happy to pay whatever, just to have it done correctly. But the time spent going back and forth, after their mistake, and then being asked to pay twice was SO UNPROFESSIONAL that I will no longer use these cleaner/tailors.
