i called royal carpet branch located on w 27 and 8th which is literally 2 blocks away i had them come over to inspect my rug that needed cleaning and repair i ended up giving them a try and i have to say i was very impressed how it came back i had a hole in the middle of the rug and now you just dont see that was ever a hole there very professional work i will be definitely use them again

Great customer service!! NO problem. Arrived on time and cleaned everything beautifully. (especially after our dog had an unfortunate accident) I would highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again.
