Contractors weren't even finished yet and there was an issue with these windows, gaskets coming off, don't close properly, they accidentally used old rusted screws, worst Windows!!!!Poorest Quality Windows ever!!!!! I hope you read this review before you even consider using royal aluminum window company!!!!! Cannot stress enough how cheap these windows are made! !!!

This company is a joke, wanted to reorder same 4 windows for my house, have been told can't pay over the phone. Ok, waited over a week to go on Saturday, because they close at 4:30, and it was closed. Thank you for wasting my time.
*last year i have ordered 4 windows for the basement, 2 do not close at all. Got to pick one up and the latches are still far away. Other windows for living room seem like they are built well, but same problem.... do not close good. Well built, but not excellent. Time to go shop around.
