Highly unrecommended for anyone. Very poor service,very very slow for shabari restaurant.(not for albert palace)

The reviews from year 2012 & 2014 are very correct for 2016 also for shabari. Initially I thought the management may have taken those reviews posted by individuals into consideration and might have improved. However, There is no improvement and they ruined our valentine day party with my friends.

Highly unsatisfied and frustrated at this place. Want to give same negative (-5) stars as other recommended, but no options available. The management is also looks rigid and don't want to listen.

Although the food and taste was satisfactory, the service was so poor that you can't enjoy anything over there. I will advice everyone and anyone do not waste your time and money (unfortunately I did just to explore) at this place.

I asked on the reception for a review book at shabari, so that I can write review over there only so that management comes to know immediately. No book was available. Complained to manager, but don't have any hope for shabari.

I will never recommend anyone to Shabri Restaurant. We had a horrible experience on Valentine's Day. We went there with friends and family for dinner, but the service we got was so terrible. They are not organized at all, we ordered our starter in the beginning. They ruined it by bringing food at separate times 15-30 minutes apart. We ordered 4 dishes of Paneer Tikka and it came 2 and then 2, 30 minutes apart. Other items also came at different timings. And main course really made it worst, No one showed up to take order and finally when we order, the food came after 45-60 minutes. All are starving and exhausted of waiting. When we received if finally, we didn't get right numbers of naan. So nobody has enough food. Upon complaining Manager said you got it what you should get, We know counting man !!! Even no one refill the water, we had to get our own from the counter table.

It's a worst place to go, and staff is unbelievably arrogant!!!!

Loved the hospitality of Albert. Came here to have a meeting at Shabri and Albert came down and greeted us and made amazing special food with signature chicken dish and different kind of Nan bread. I never knew Albert Palace had such amazing food.

The place was bit crowded and and truly they could've done a better job. But Let's be very clear, don't expect to get fine dining for two when you are out their to be part of large community events just enjoy. I ended up enjoying the party and when I hosted my party at the end it was most economical way to host and was able to gather everyone so I give it a five star

First, parking is an issue. Drove around the entire complex two times and couldn't find anything. Second, poor organization. Lots of people, but only one food counter setup. Third, food is okay and not much of accommodating Jains. I was here for Diwali Gala and could wait to get out!
