Roy W. Brown Middle School

The service was mediocre; the food tasted like rabbit feces; the waiters were rude and annoying and the rooms were not ventilated and hot ; and horrible wifi. Worst hotel ever.

this has been my second year at roy w. brown. last year i came in during the 3rd marking period and it was the first time i've ever been to a middle school. even though i havent been here long, i've gotten used to the homework and i must say it's not too much and it's easy, some of the kids may seem stupid but if u look at their test scores, they did well. the teachers might seem rude to people but there job isnt to make kids like them, it's to have them learn. i'm not one to complain about the accelerated reader program because i've been doing it since 3rd grade while others are new to it. the friends are awesome :D it's one of the reasons i always come back to school. the other is that i feel accomplished after completing my work and cant wait to turn it in. overall, i love this school and its education. i'd recommend it to any student coming to new jersey

I hate this school sooooo much. the lockers in 1 part of the school are smaller than the other small lockers, the food is mediocre, the halls are dirty and always flowing with kids and it crowds, too many students in a class, part of the teachers are rude, really really bad administrative staff with our principal from paramus, too much homework, and many tests in 1 week. if u are sick, for a week atleast, its like" oh hey u were absent. heres the work u missed. if u understand good, if not, not my problem, all i care about is my paycheck. copy from someone else." there are waaaaay too many students in a class and since half are abnoxous, the rest of the class doesnt learn. they say they're going green, but fail in doing so. Many teachers here just give homework everynight because the students can't and don't learn the classwork. and NJ wonders why our test scores are so bad. Now they shorten the lunch time of 42 minutes in half so the students can read. You cant even go outside for a while at lunch and now u cant even have a full period to relax and talk to your friends. and u are able play on the compupter or do work if u should disagree to this reading program. the only good thing about this crappy school is the music department. they are actually pretty decent. should I continue?
