If it was possible I would give this place - 0 stars due to there horrible customer service. My friend bought a 2009 White Mercedes Benz E-350 Matic which he is still waiting on the registration and AC to be repaired its been about two months and none of this has been resolved . The sales person Jack has been ignoring calls 100 plus believe it or not and if he ever picks up he is full of excuses . I don't know if he avoiding till the warranty is over or just doesn't want to do the job. I will be reporting them to the BBB ANYONE ELSE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THIS PLACE REPORT THEM TO BBB ASAP!!!!!

BEWARE & STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!! I been trying to reason with the Dealership regarding my purchase of my vehicle a 2009 White Mercedes Benz E-350 Matic.The seller name Jack has been ignoring all my 100 calls I made in the past 2 weeks. I have reported the Dealership to the better business bureau for not providing me with the service and paper work in a timely fashion. The air conditioner vent of my car is not working properly. The dealer still has my car registration and to add insult to injury I have over $400.00 in tickets due to no car registration sticker.

Very rude. They never pick up the phone. Was able to get a hold one time and got one worded answers, "yes" "no" "yes". While I was asking him the questions and answering very short and abrupt yes and no answers, at the end ask me which car was I was asking about. Waste of time. Aked him how much the car would be since I was thinking of buying out of state, he said I would have to make an offer online, which of course I never heard back.

There was a car I was interested in which had a price less than other cars of the same category, first red flag.
Asked about submitting an offer and they told me it would take 48 hours for someone to get back to me, which no one ever did, second red flag.
Before making a trip to the place, I spoke to a woman on the phone who was so rude, I couldn't tell if she liked herself or even life itself. Every open ended question I asked was answered with a one or two worded answer, third red flag.
When she finally answered my question, about what the dealer fees entailed, she said, "depending on the year, make and model, it can range between 15% and 25%. I said ok and hung up. After talking to my girlfriend and letting the conversation sink in, I realized that was outrageous and called right back. I called back multiple times with no answer, fourth red flag.
I was so disturbed by the call that I left this review to help others, do not go to this so called business. I tried to give it a rating of 0 stars, but Google didn't allowed it. Just horrible!!!

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER ITS LIKE THEY DONT WANT TO SELL YOU ANYTHING TRYING TO PURCHASE A TRUCK FROM THEM AND CANT EVEN GET THEM TO CALL ME BACK I ASK THEM FOR A COUPLE OF PICTURES OF THE INSIDE BOTTOMS OF THE DOORS AND A COUPLE PICS OF THE FRAME TO MAKE SURE THERE IS NO MAJOR RUST ISSUES AND IT WAS LIKE ASKING TO MUCH THEN I READ SOME OF THERE REVIEWS NOW I UNDERSTAND. I AM DRIVING QUITE A DISTANCE OVER 250 MILES AND JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE ITS AS GOOD AS THEY SAY IT IS.
