Route 66 Auto Sales

This is the worst place to buy a car I have ever seen! I have been waiting 3 months for my plates! The owner gets on the phone, lies to me telling me he has been calling me when I have never heard from him in my entire lilfe. The sales people are horrible and have no idea what they are doing, Must be on drugs or something. Dont get me wrong, they got me into a nice car, but the fact that I had/have to wait for my plates is insane. They wanted me to lie to the bank so they can get more money out of the bank. Because the bank did not pay them, now they go after me for more money!! Unprofessional, Horrible experience. I will never recommend this place to anybody. I will not name any names of the people I had to deal with, but beware when you buy a car here. Sales people are always shady, but this place went over the top.

I dealt with this car dealership for over a week regarding a car. They were very shady. The administration lacked honesty and tried to trick me into driving 3 hours to their showroom/warehouse for a non-existant model. When I called the dealer about the details on the financing, they told me that the car that I gave a deposit to be held for me was already sold. It's not the first time a car dealer has done this to me, so I know how their business of luring customers work. Do not trust Route 66 over the phone. matter of fact don't trust any dealership over the phone. Go directly to their location and make the purchase.
