If there was 0 stars that what I would rate this place but I have to pick 1. This is the worst dealership I have ever been too. I can't wait to give them back the crappy car I leased. Service center is a big scam and full or liars. I took my car to another service place to ask them if what ever was wrong with my car and they told me you car is absolutely fine. Nissan made up some bullshit tried to charge me over 2000 and nothing was wrong!!!! Thank god I didn't but this car!!! I don't recommend anyone go to this dealership! I will never get a Nissan in my life ever again! Biggest mistake of my life was leasing a Nissan! Back to Honda I go for a more reliable long lasting car :)

Took my 2005 Sentra for a Nissan recall to replace a defective Takata airbag inflator at no charge. The service rep was excellent and very helpful. Waited about two hours and my car was back on the road again.
Will go back for car service in the near future. I forgot, free coffee/hot chocolate, corn muffins and donuts while you wait. Keep it up Nissan ! !

Today (January 5th, 2016) I came to Rt 46 Nissan after booking a test driving appointment online. On that online booking i strictly wrote in the comments that I would only be looking at the car on the day of and not buying anything. This is due to the fact that my mother is going to gift me a car and I knew she would not be available to come along, however, I knew it was smart to test drive a car before you invest in it.
I arrived at the dealership and asked about the names of whom I was supposed to see based on confirmation calls I got from the dealership the day before. Two of the guys were not in, however Sean was. He was supposed to help me that day but after finding out I would not be buying a car, he declined. He could not even say that to my face and had me get RUDELY bounced around from salesmen to salesmen. NONE of them wanted to provide any answers to my questions and took NO interest in me as a potential customer.
Finally after waiting 20 minutes to actually test drive, Edwin, another salesmen was nice enough to help out and answer my questions regarding the 2015 Nissan Juke as well as about the dealership.
Honestly, all the other salesmen should ASHAMED of themselves. Simply rejecting proper customer service just because I was not buying that day??? Ridiculous and unprofessional. Not every customer goes to a dealer to buy a car right away, many like to test drive products before investing. Some even have many possible cars on their lists to visit and test out.
I praise Edwin on his professionalism and great customer service. I made sure to grab his business card on my way out. If you HAVE to go to this dealer, I recommend booking an appointment with Edwin Ortiz. The only one with REAL customer service skills it seems. I left the dealership feeling offended and appalled.

I went today to get a car with my dad and my cousin. We meat this guy Tom he was the dealer ship. He helped us but refused to put the prise down. We were there for 4 hours my cousin kept talking and talking to him to put the prise down he barely did anything he confused us most of the time. But the manager really helped us a lot he put down the prise talked to the bank in 30 min he finished everything the deal was sold so I really do thank him a lot for all the work he did in 30 min sorry tom but it's true the manager did a way better job than you did so I give him all the credit thank you so much for everything I'm really really happy with the car I got!
