I was at the dealership a couple of month ago bc a light on my dash was lite. I went in with 3 kids following thinking to myself this is going to a long day !lol ! Well the man behind the desk was very polite and got up and said let's go look and c if I can help!he got in the front seat reset the light and said ok Mrs sigel your all set!!!!what really !!!! I was so excited I didn't spend 5 minutes in the service dept!!!let's hope tomorrow visit is just as pleasurable! !!

The worst car buying experience I've ever had. Too many problems to write here. Worst of all they didn't pay off my trade in for 60 days after I traded it in! Tried to ruin my good credit. I had to actually make a payment on the loan because the bank kept calling me! Stay away!!

Excellent service as usual. I didn't see not one SLOPPY salesman on the floor. I'm here to judge for a company's customer service not by what their wearing. Fashionistas please take several seats. THE SERVICE was excellent and my leasing is always a breeze.

When I visited the dealership the salesman and the finance manager knew very little. Neither ever got back to me. My visit to Route 23 Kia was a complete waste of time. I was looking to buy, not to kick tires. I found a car at another dealership eager to earn my business. Their professional staff leased me a car at terms that were much better than what Route 23 Kia said I qualified for.

We have been buying from, and having our cars serviced by this dealership for years. (Yes, before they moved to Route 23 and were named Maroon Kia). We own 3 Souls and one Rio, all purchased from them. The sales people are fun and honest (i think). It's always easy to make an appointment for service and they do great work.
