Service was incredible!! Johnny Cruz made the experience enjoyable. No pressure sales, all the information needed to buy the car, and very hands on with plenty of follow-up. If you need to buy a car go to this dealership and see Johnny Cruz.

This is the third Toyota we have leased from Route 22 Toyota. Johnny Cruz has become a trusted partner, who helps us get through the process as fast as possible, for the right car at a good price. If you are thinking about buying a Toyota, I would ask for him. It's not easy to find people who are decent, reliable and not pushy, but he is one of them.

I took my 2005 prius there thinking it was going to be $400-$500 repair. That wasn't the case.
First off, the check engine light was on in my car so I asked my mechanic buddy to check it with his computer. The code was p1121 - 3 way coolant valve needs to replaced. We looked it up on the web and thought we could do it ourselves, but when it comes to the end of the repair you have to bleed the system and my buddy didn't feel confident doing that on a hybrid 'as he no experience with those types of cars'. So he told me to take it to a dealership and have them do.
So I went to 22 Toyota last Saturday and was greeted by John Veli. I told him what the issue was with the car and only wanted the valve replaced. He told me he had to run the computer in the car and it will cost $180. After I argued with him he told me he'd they'd check the car for free as long as I agreed to get the work done there. So then he comes to tell me it's code p1121- coolant valve. It's $700. I was baffled. Then he told me the part was $180 when I found the same factory part online for $65. At this point in time I had no choice but to fix the car or else I'd have to pay him $180 for the computer scan.
They fixed the car and seems to be running fine now. I'll never go back to 22 Toyota again.
By the way there were plenty of other unhappy customers while I was in there.
Thanks for scamming me!

I went to route 22 Toyota to discuss about purchasing a new car. Unfortunately I could not make any decision on that day and said I would return back with my familywwww. After few days days I received a call from the dealer and this time it was a different person from whom I have discussed earlier. He started to shout from the other end and couldn't get what he was talking about.. But the worst thing in that is, there was a group of people who laughed loudly when the guy started to shout. I felt uncomfortable and disconnected the call. Moreover, they make you watch a recorded program in the TV even though you say you know all of those. In that they will say something like "Our executives are well educated and would not involve in multiple discussion with manager". The moment the discussion started, the executive went to discuss with his manager for more than 3 times. They say and project a lot but when it comes to reality they are one and the same and in my case w.r.t the prank call, they are capable of doing more than what they say. Now I have dropped the plan for buying from this dealer and am in process of getting the car from a different dealer.

Bought a car from them back in November 2012 along with their "bumper to bumper" warranty. Car hit 45k miles and one of the tires failed even though it had plenty of tread left (failure wasn't due to puncture). I called in and was told "tires and other wear and tear items aren't covered under the bumper to bumper warranty".
Obviously my fault for not reading the fine print. Regardless, never going back and wouldn't recommend.
