I agree, the group is just horrible. Once they sell you a house, good luck getting any kind of help after the sale. If the broker tries to sell you on a Home Owners Warranty, just laugh and run away. Rotonde is known as a real scumbag all around NJ. Please, trust me when I say that you should not do business with these fools. If you don't believe me, tell the broker you want to talk to 5 people who bought houses from them recently. You will hear nothing but horror stories.
