Roto-Rooter

Saturday evening the sewer lined backed up so I called RotoRooter. I've used them before and had good service. Chris (4101) arrived within about 30 minutes and quickly got to work resolving the problem. Chris was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. He was able to solve the problem and then took some extra precautions to help to prevent the problem again in the future.

I highly recommend Chris 4101 and would request him by name/number. I was concerned about getting the newest, least experienced person on a Saturday night but Chris was great.

August 15,2011 We had a huge storm with tons of rainfall over 2 days. The basement had over 4 inches of water in it and the main drain to the street was blocked. I called numerous places and Roto-Rooter was the only place that was available in less than 4 hours. They called once the plumber was 30 minutes away. The plumber was polite, efficent and tidy. The drain was cleared in about 20 minutes and the basement water was quickly disappearing. I had a internet coupon so it was fairly reasonable. Also, a 6 month guarantee that if the main blocked up agin they would fix it free of charge. Super job that made it easier to face the aftermath left in my basement.

Our plumber was wonderful, very courteous and helpful. He had the clog gone as quickly as possible and appreciated I had my hands full between the clog and my three children. We've used another company, who charged almost three times more than Roto-Rooter - they are now our new go to company.
