The service we received was quite refreshing. The serviceman was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. His help went beyond just fixing the present problem. He took the extra step to explain what could be the cause of the problem and what steps we might take to prevent the problem from occuring again. He even arranged for another tech. to come and explore the problem further. HIs assistance was much appreciated.
