On the phone very professional and helpful but WAIT til the technician gets out to you! The price jumps from reasonable to outrageous very quickly.
If they ask for the make and model before they go out to you why can't they quote an accurate estimate? BECAUSE your in a bind and are stuck paying for the service call and the OUTRAGEOUS price they make up.
It is sad that businesses take advantage of emergency situations such as being locked out of your car with a child. I would not have given a single star but at least one was required to post.
