Rose Nail Spa

Sadly have to rate 2 stars because of customer service. I called to let them know I was running 5 minutes late, after leaving a $20 + $2 (fee) deposit the day before and was told she could not wait for me and I will loose my appt and deposit if I could not make it before the actual appt time. So inconsiderate, I am leaving on vacation tomorrow, waited all week for this appt because there were no openings before and the day of my appt my nail tech can not give me couple of minutes? Literally. She just said NO I can not wait for you even if its 5 minutes. I work very close to the salon and tried explaining this and she just was not understanding. I understand they are very strict and I agree with the policy and with paying the deposit but I am a customer and don't deserve for them to be so inconsiderate, all I asked was for couple of minutes not 15 or 30 minutes. The quality of products in which they have is not the problem, everything is high end. Would not recommend this salon. Too much of a headache just to get your nails done. You should feel like you are getting the best customer service experience, not this hassle!! They can stay with the $20 deposit. So sad I wont be back here.

very bad experience ... disrespectful workers ... got there 5 mins late after I called them up an hour ago and told them I was going to be 5 mins late. they canceled my appointment and took the 20 dollars deposit ....

My regular nail girl went on vacation so I was stuck w the dreaded task of having to look for a substitute. I decided to do some searching on IG. I typed in #jerseynails in the search bar to see if I'd find nail tech near me that posted their work and of course a bunch of pics popped up. I clicked on a pic that stood out. I'm glad I did. Although this is not exactly up the block (I live in JC they're in WNY), when I called the girl answered the phone seemed nice. They accepted walk-ins so I went for it. I'd drive almost anywhere to get great nail service. I get there, the place is very nice and modern looking. Chic. The lady at the first table greets me. She noticed Im not a regular customer..After giving me the run down of how they dont really service any one other than their customers because they use products different from other salons and yada yada..she signaled to a young lady by the name of Samantha. She was great; very sweet, took her time and did a great job. The ambiance was also nice. This place is legit. Needless to say they have me considering becoming a customer. I definitely recommend.

Did my nails and came to my appointment five minutes early, asked for coffin shaped nails and really wasnt given what I asked. Walk in came in and my manicure and pedicure were rushed to appease the client without appointment. Asked for design on my nails but was given one nail in the color in which I asked for the design. My nails were not symmetrical. I fixed the asymmetry myself
at home. The quality of products in which they have is not the problem, everything is high end and brand name. I think my nail tech was inexperienced. I'm going to try again
with someone else because you could see the difference when good
acrylic, and good gels are being used. Nail tech:Rosa
