Absolutely amazing! It is pricey but you definitely get what you pay for! My favorite dish is the rice balls! Perfect every time! Pizza is next on my list! Always crispy and delish! Veal...OMG I seriously could go on and on! Try it! You won't be disappointed!

My boyfriend Scott and I recently moved to Saddle Brook in December and one of the best things about it is Rosas' food. Its mmmm mmm good...we have referred several people and they enjoy every time. The owners are a pleasure and the staff is inviting. For a quick informal bit this is the place.
