Roosevelt Square Professional Building

Gorgeous building - I was thoroughly impressed by the renovations and craftmanship, AND it is across from City Hall, the Court House and the Police Station! The best part - it includes everything, from phone & equipment to a buzzer entry and receptionist! It has office space solutions to fit several budgets and the reception staff is great. To tell you the truth, I was reminded of a Park Avenue professional building because of the way the owner has the space and amenities set up. This marks a turning point in MV history, and its good to get in while the rates are affordable. This is THE premier professional building to be in.

I recently visited this building and it is FABULOUS! I never thought I could find such a high-end, luxury space in Lower Westchester for such a LOW price. Comapred to the other office space I have seen for rent, this is by far superior. And the price is so reasonable compared to the other rents I have seen. I am a sole practioner, so I do not want to fuss with getting phones, office equipement, furniture, etc. I want to be able to move in and start working, I can do that here and for the same price as renting a regular office space. When I did the math is was a no brainer. The owner was SUPER nice and really worked with my budget, and the receptionist Jodi is a sweetheart! They really do have a solution for everyone. They have virtual offices, less expensive "open" space, and offices. For me the building makes me feel good about coming to work, it is a beautiful space, affordable, and I know my clients will be impressed. I feel it lends credibility to my reputation and my business.
