Have used this place because there are no other options on Roosevelt Island. Shirts regularly come back with wrinkles, pants not cleaned properly. But recently they earned this rating. After putting a hole in a sweater, the owner refused to admit it or at the least apologize and try and make some sort of amends. Having now spoken to others it seems I am not the only one to have this experience. If you have a car and/or value your clothes, drive to queens and get your cleaning done somewhere else.
