Seriously the dumbest people work here. They don't know how to speak to the public. All they care about is money. I walked in and needed the doctor to sign a paper saying I go to him as a doctor and they had the dumbest look on their face Like they didn't understand. they made me make a appointment and sit for 45 minutes to see the doctor. did all their procedures just so they can make their 15 dollar co-pay.

This office is poorly run. The only competent people there are the Medical Assistant and the girl who does the Echo cardiogram. The Dr. is a nice guy but he isn't thorough. What is most infuriating is their secretaries who are morons. They make you appointments and when you show up they look at you like why are you here, there is no Dr. in today. Seriously! They put you on hold for 15-20 min then you get disconnected, call back and tell them you were disconnected and they act like they have no idea that you ever called in the first place. The Dr. had me coming and going and I wasn't getting any results, and their parking lot is a mess. I have been calling them for over a month to get results only to be told every time that the Dr will call me and he never does. They also told me I had to come in for results which is BS because as I was on hold for 20min+ the Dr. did pick up and started rattling off colonoscopy results- which is not what I called for, after I told him those results were not for me, i was placed on hold again and then disconnected. I called back and they had no idea why I was on hold so long and asked "what did I want" with an attitude and of course I am annoyed my time is valuable too, the secretary was just as annoyed. I will never go back here again.
