NEVER AGAIN! I ordered flowers through FTD and this was the local florist that received the order. The flowers that I ordered online and what my friend received while recovery from cancer surgery were nothing alike. The flowers I ordered was a pretty assorted bouquet of large pink carnations and small pink carnations with daisies. They also came with a vase with a bow around the vase. I placed the order TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE. The flowers that my friend received were in a vase, with red ROSES, pink carnations and daisies. The flowers were note even assorted... It looked like someone just placed all the roses together then put the carnations next to them and daisies in a bundle next to them. I could literally pick out a bouquet of each flower in one swoop! The ribbon? Oh that was IN THE BOUQUET to take up space. I just called FTD and they assured me that the company would be picking up the wrong bouquet and sending a correct on tomorrow... we shall see!
