This place was my first New York pizza experience. At first bite, I realized that this pizza was instantly better than any other pizza I had tried before it. Being an West Coast Kid, I never really tried anything other than Pizza Hut, Domino's, Papa John's, CiCi's, Round Table, Little Ceasar's, etc...So Roma II's pizza was nothing short of a revelation. So after going a few times and trying different things there, I decided that I had to try something in closer to the city. Of course, there are TONS of pizza places in NYC, so I had my work cut out for me. Case in point, I tried maybe 10 different pizza places claiming to have the "best pizza in town", but the the fact of the matter was that of those pizza's, none of them could match the consistency of Roma II Pizza and none were even remotely as memorable as that little pizzaria on corner across from Wells Fargo in Yonkers, NY. It was sincerely that good.
