I have dealt with this company on several occasions and for many years. I always got what I ordered and on a timely manner. They print everything you need.

They are really very reliable and have been in business for over 22 years. Owned and operated by the same family. I recommend them to everyone

He's a good printer good friend of my mom and maternal grandparents he's very nice and he knows good techniques of a real printer.

I will never go here again. I dropped off a DHL express package tuesday morning 10:30am with a prepaid label. I was charged a $1 drop off fee, Ok no big deal. I left the store and one of the workers told me I need the customs forum for the package, so I walked back to the store with him to try and figure out what else was needed. I look on my iphone and noticed the forums on the bottom of the PDF so I asked if I can plug in my phone and they can print it for me. I couldn't go all the way back home to print it because I walked 1mile there. The guy suggested to email it to them and they'll print it, so he took my phone and emailed it to himself. As he was printing it they lady told me it was a $5 charge! $5 just to email and print 4 sheets of paper!? If I knew it was going to cost that much I would've never agreed & just walked back home. So all together I paid $6. Later that day at 11pm the package tracking # says it wasn't picked up. Now its wednesday morning and the package still has no update. I called the store they told me DHL comes 3-4pm & that my package was picked up yesterday. Which was a lie because my tracking number wasn't scanned & it doesn't take that long for it to update. I called DHL, after explaining my problem the representative told me that location never scheduled a pick for tuesday. I called the store back again & the guy gave the phone to the "boss". He told me DHL came yesterday, they don't have it & called the DHL representative a lair. I told him if they really did come the packaged would've been scanned "Shipment Picked Up". After going back and forth I hung up the phone on this clown. Later that day the packaged was scanned at 3:39pm as picked up. This place is full of a bunch of liars. I suggest never doing business here if you want your packages to get out on time. I should've read the reviews or have scheduled a pick up with DHL myself. Lesson learned.

THEY STEAL PACKAGES!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! The business Rodney the Printer offers shipping drop offs for USPS, UPS, and Fedex. On December 26th I brought to them a TV (that I was shipping to a customer) with a prepaid Fedex label, paid a $1 fee for the drop off and received a receipt that they accepted the TV. A week and a half later my customer contacts me that they never received the TV. So I check the tracking and see there is no tracking. So I call Fedex and they tell me they never received it in the first place. I call up Rodney the Printer and they tell me I have to come down to there place. I go down to their store and they promise me Fedex picked it up but for some reason they must not have scanned it. I see video surveillance and ask them can you look at the video and they conveniently tell me it's not working. After waiting half an hour as they make a whole bunch of redundant phone calls to Fedex they said they will look into it and get back to me.
So today I call them up and ask what's the story and they say you have to come down there to speak to them. I ask the lady on the phone why do I have to come down to discuss it when I already wasted my time going down there and got the run around and she starts cursing me out saying I am a dumb f-ing Jew and a whole bunch of other profanities.
I have a receipt that they gave me for the drop off so obviously the point of the receipt was for them to take responsibility until it gets to Fedex. I actually believe they stole the TV because too many coincidences happened for there to be no trace of it. ( the Fedex guy had to have not scanned it and lost it or stole it himself, and the surveillance cameras really had to be broken). ALso I checked there reviews out o line and I see similar complaints about them.

Promised to finish by Wed. Call him on Fri, he said will be ready next Mon. Today is Tue, he doesnt pick the phone. After the week, I got charged by ups for $50. And guess what, this company gave my credit card information. That illegal. And when I talked to Rodney, he said he is not going to talk to me regarding that. Disappointed. Never have business with them.
