Great service. I had to be towed after hours and Louis was kind enough to stay so that I could get a loaner. I appreciated the professional courtesy and even got a brand new car as a loaner. Made the experience a pleasure instead of an inconvenience.

Mike Smith is AWESOME - I came in told him I wanted a Terrain, what my must haves were in the car as well as possible would like to have and how much I wanted to pay and believe it or not he did it for me! Granted I had a few things like the GMC Credit Card, Costco Membership but he took all my information and asked me more questions and got the price down to the given spot. 2 days later because of my work schedule I got to pick up my new car (lease.) I think my next upgrade I will be seeing him again.
Kudos to the Mike Smith and Morrissey GMC.

It's always a pleasure dealing with the staff at Morrissey GMC, weather it's the Service Dept. or sales Dept! This is the reason we continue to use there service, great group of people and very polite.

Morrissey was the first dealer we saw, we went to one other GMC dealer and two Chevy Dealers. Tim Hardway set the bar high, the other dealers were not as well versed as he was. We had an awful experience at the other GMC dealer, it was such a contrast in comparison to our dealings with Tim, we were almost duped. Tim was very professional, truthful and informed us about the car very well, as well as the financial aspect. It really was a pleasure doing business with Tim Hardway. We are recommending Morrisey, to friends and family.

I would highly recommend this family friendly dealership. My salesman was awesome and their service department is great, even have Saturday hours and you can make appointments online and get e-mail confirmation. I love my 2014 GMC Arcadia Denali. Everywhere I go I get compliments on my SUV. Would definately buy from them again.
