I have only had positive experiences with Rocklyn Fuel Co. The entire staff is courteous.
The technicians are polite as well as professional. Rocklyn accommodates working people with their service hours. My latest service call was 11/12/14 ----the burner issue was resolved promptly after I returned from work. Thank you for your many years of continuous service.

The employees at Rocklyn oil are rude, disrespectful, and act heinously towards people. I, as well as two other women were verbally harassed by a frantic and disorderly employee. When management was called about the disgusting behavior that we were forced to listen to, they acted as if this sort of thing happens all the time. Well, Rocklyn Oil, it most certainly does not. But, it did today, thanks to you. I hope that many people (potential customers, maybe?) read this, and I hope that you act accordingly. The two and five year olds that were listening to that morbidly offensive rant would like to thank Rocklyn Oil for introducing them to a whole new lexicon of curses and misogynistic swear words. And I would personally like to thank you for waking up the 7 month old baby. You need to evaluate your staff, and your values.
