Avoid at all cost.
After reserving a truck more than a month in advance they called me 4 hours before pickup and told me there was nothing available. Then, when trying to figure out when I COULD get my truck, they avoided my calls the next 24 hours. I even had someone pickup, realize it was me, and immediately hang up the phone. I am, along with the entire contents of my apartment are, currently outside on the curb trying to coordinate a new truck, and paying the much higher last minute rate.
Unreliable, unhelpful, and an unbelievable level of disrespect for their customers.
