Rochdale Car Svce

Yesterday I call & spoke to the dispatcher regarding reserving a cab for today at 6:00am to go to LaGuardia airport. They said to call back around 5 or 6 that eve. I call back at 8pm spoke to the gentlemen very nice took the info said I was leaving from rochdale village bldg. 8 gave him my phone # he said someone will call & DONT come down until they call. This morning of course at 6 no car!!! I called the woman who answer the phone didn't know what I was talkin about disconnected me call back she mumble something, a gentlemen answer saying that no info was left and no cabs!!! I had my sister here visiting, had to take the bus & train thank goodness she made her flight!! What kind of car service is this!! Just the other day they slip a business card promoting their business!! I THINK NOT!! AWFUL NO APOLOGIES THEY DIDNT HAVE THE COURTESY TO SAY ILL SEE IF I CAN GET SOMEONE FOR YOU!!! THINK TWICE ABOUT CALLING THEM TO TAKE YOU TO THE AIRPORT!! NOT WORTH IT

The dispatcher was very rude and driver didn't want to listen to the route i give him,instead made me late to where i was going. Over price car service $$$
