Love Rocbody!! There meal prep service (Rocbody Meal Prep) is so convenient and the food is always fresh. I get a weekly order delivered to my Manhattan address. You can order directly on their website. The restaurant itself is based out of lower Westchester but they deliver and ship all over!

Great tasting food that is good for either building muscle or loosing weight. Excellent bison burger and baked sweet potato fries. They deliver all over Westchester so its great to now have an option for a healthy meal without sacrificing the taste.

This place is great! Went by after a crazy workout and had tons of things to choose from. Protein options, shakes, all around great food. About time someone opened a place like this!
