I ordered a cheese burger with fries and an extra cheese burger nothing on the but cheese and they put onion and lettuce after I said nothing but cheese I was told I was gonna get a new order but never order there again

Ordered through GrubHub. Delivery person called me and asks if I speak Spanish... I do slightly. He tells me he is lost and I try and tell him where I am. He goes even further away and now my food has been I the containers for a good 20 minutes. I call the restaurant and a nice lady picks up the phone and I tell her the situation. 10 minutes later.. My food finally arrives. BTW I'm 6 minutes away from this place and so now my food has taken 30 minutes in transit.

I finally get my food...

Wings = soggy...
Pasta = soggy and cold ..insufficient marinara sauce... Flavorless
Fries = cold soggy potato sticks with hard cold cheese ontop...

I call back to resolve issue. I speak to the owner Ernesto. He informs me he just got there (why the owner is not there on a friday night is beyond me). I tell him my food is cold and crappy in kinder words. He become rude and tells me he doesn't know what he wants him to do... Lol

I call GrubHub and get a refund...

You know the old saying "free food tastes the best"... Well its free but it still tastes like crap.

Mismanaged business with poor delivery that doesn't speak a lick of English and attempts to cook Italian food poorly and then passes the buck instead of solving the issue.

WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN AND WILL BE TELLING ALL MY FRIENDS IN THE AREA OF THE COMPLETE INEPTITUDE.

I wanted to give the full experience. I place an order with them through grub hub. A lot of restaurants who deliver there people will not come upstairs. They will say I am down stairs. They will however expect a tip. To me the delivery person is like a waiter or waitress. You want that tip than make it count. I do not tip via card anymore because delivery people refuse to come upstairs. I was shocked one day when a delivery person came up the stairs. He left the bike in the hallway I gave him a tip. This restaurant however did not. I asked could he come up the steps. he said no because you did not tip and hung up the phone. Now how did he know I did not have 3 to 6 maybe 7 dollars tip in my pocket. How did he know he was getting anything or not. When i went downstairs he could not even get off the bike to give me the food. Meanwhile I did have a tip in my pocket. Now I am going to try the food and I do not want to make this whole experience about what a deliver person could not do. The food is good, i like the pasta and garlic bread mix.The restaurant gives you enough garlic to go with the pasta. II gave it three stars because the meal and delivery are apart of the whole experience. I like the food, I am happy with the food. The bread is nicely done and its not hard, its just right. The food was really good. I am glad.
