As pleasant as Jerry can be in person, the work done with my taxes is a catastrophe, lack of oversight, lack of explanation, and erroneous tax filing as i am getting audited and for the last 4 years my taxes are still not resolved..with additional amounts demanded by the irs than this office had calculated.. I am more aware of whatis going on with my taxes than my accountant, and he has no explanation and just blames it on the customer and then charges at least 25% more than only a couple of years ago. Terrible communication as well. Good luck !
