Nothing hurts a restaurant more than bad service.
Good location.
Good food.
Bad , slow service.
Staff makes you feel like they don't care about you.
Imagine the business they could do if they treated customers like they mattered.
3 stars for bad service...always.
Food is pretty good though.

My daughter bought me an italian sausage sandwich w/fries, onions and peppers from this place. This was the blandest italian sausage I have ever had. They must make their own. NO SEASONINGS WHATSOEVER...NO TASTE AT ALL! I had to doctor it up myself. I don't know about anything else on their menu but their "italian sausage" sucks! Also a couple of the fries on the sandwich were still cold! First time buying from there....also the last!

The pizza is really good. I always call and pre-order so it is easy to pick up.

The pizza is pretty good but the service is not. The employees do not answer the phone and when they do they are very sassy and unwilling to help. There is a clarification issue because when I came to pick up my pie they told me a different price then they initially said to me on the phone. Overall the pizza is good it is expensive and the customer service is not good at all
