I think this store is outstanding. You are treated more like a friend than a customer. I highly recommend!! If I change my mind they always allow easy exchanges. They are the only store that has sales that include everything in the store often for 50% off!!

my wife went in to buy a robe and when she washed it once according to the instructions, the robe pimpled, went back got a store credit for future purchase instead of getting her money back, next time when I went to purchase the whole store was on sale, trying to use the store credit what I had, he wouldn`t accept it since he has a policy that you can`t use a store credit for a sale item, after my wife telling him why she got the store credit in the first place instead of getting her money back he wouldn`t budge to give some customer service and refused to take the credit what I have with his store, this is the reason why that brings everyone to buy at gap or h&m etc. where you get good customer service, I expected to get better service buying from a heimeshe yid, in today`s day if you want to have customer`s you have to give customer service, hatzlacha rabba
