Robbins & Franke Tires & Auto Repair

I'm from out of town and hit a pothole that ruined one of my tires. The treads were low anyway so I thought I'd better get all four done. I did a quick google search, found the shop, called and they did have my tire in stock. I was on and out in about an hour, everyone was very friendly and I cannot recommend these guys enough.
Fast, friendly, and very reasonably priced.

Bob is outstanding. I have never had a problem. He is thorough and answers any questions I may have. I have been going here for three years for both my car and fiance's car. The price is always more than fair. Also they are really fast at fixing a flat repair even if the shop is busy. Also, if you go to their website, you can input the type of service that you would like and request a price quote. I found this to be really useful versus other shops in the area.

Went for tire holes twice. Ridiculously fast. Straightfoward. Fair price and no stress.

there's always something fishy about them everytime i go. It always seem like they want to rip you off as much as possible and doesnt really care about customer loyalty or long term in their business....

I went to them on December 21 with a very loud bumping noise in one of my rear wheels. I asked them to take a look but the counter man ( I didn't get his name) told me it was ice in the wheel. I was skeptical since in didn't sound like that. He reassured me and advised I "park in the sun." After work, I was traveling home and the noise increased. I pulled over, expecting to call AAA when I discovered that the lug nuts on the suspect wheel were all loose.

Luckily there was no damage or injury, but I never experienced a shop that refused to take a customer. I will never return to this place. How he has a good reputation in Cliffiside Park is a mystery to me. ( I give it one star because there is no way to give no stars.)
