Rob is not only an excellent and extremely experienced mechanic, he is also the most honest person you'll ever encounter. I've trusted all of my cars to him and he has NEVER let me down. It's such a comfort knowing that whatever needs to be done to my car, I can be sure that Rob will handle it and handle it correctly. He is awesome. My girlfriend's father introduced me to Robert Ward, owner and chief mechanic at Rob's Automotive. Rob is an honest and professional mechanic and I truly trust him. I have brought my 2004 Jeep Wrangler to him for service regularly. He is fairly priced, reliable and runs a full service garage. I once suspected that my vehicle's clutch was failing. I brought it to Rob expecting that the clutch would need replacing. We discussed it over the phone and he informed me that it would probably cost several hundred dollars given that it would take him close to an entire day. I was prepared to pay him for the labor. I dropped my car off the night before at approximately 9PM and left the keys in the key drop. He called me at 10:00AM the next morning and told me that I was crazy and there was nothing wrong with my clutch. I have since driven 30k miles and it still runs. He easily could have performed the labor that I did not need, but being an honorable man he told me the truth. You will not be disappointed with Rob.
