Overpriced and overrated. Overcharged me for my order and very rude. Food so salty I couldn't taste it or finish it. Never again.

Extremely slow and unorganized! It took my 35 mins to finally get to the front of the line to find out that someone else took my order and I had to wait 10 more mins for them to remake my order.

Taste pretty good but rather oily for a place claiming to be "healthy". I like that they have a veggie protein option though because a salad/roast bowl by itself is a very small portion and not very filling at all.

Natural, and or organic casual cuisine. They have hot and cold salads with your choice of mix ins, and sauces. Hot salads are cooked on cooktop. There's also a juice bar. Meals include a free drink with free refills, no sodas available, just tea, lemonade, or fresca.

Really disappointed. The last couple of times we have done it has been a real struggle for the team there to get our orders right. I was having a busy day and my colleague was nice enough to order online and pick lunch from Roast. It took her longer than usual and it turns out it was because they said they hadn't received her order, and even though she showed them her online receipt she has to argue with them to get our lunch. Further to this they forgot to add pork to my friends lunch and when she called they asked her to come back to the restaurant to pick it up!!!!! When she asked if they could deliver they agreed. two hours later we called and they asked if she could come tomorrow and just pick up the pork (!!!!) she insisted she wanted to have it today and they finally delivered it an hour later blaming it on the delivery guy!

I understand businesses get busy but its the attitude of the team that really makes a difference when things go wrong!
