I am very disappointed in this practice and not sure why there are so many positive reviews. Dental cleaning was extremely rushed (in and out in 7 mins?). And the worst part is that the Doctor redid my filling but after she redid it, I am now having terrible pain. When I revisted the office to "fix" the filling she did the next day, she tried to charge my insurance again for her mistake. Luckily, I caught her trying to charge my insurance and stopped her. I think most people would hqve let it go since it is just your insurance billing. Even after she "fixed" it, I am still in pain. So I had to go to another practice.

I have been taking my two young boys (4 and 5 yo) to see Dr. Kapoor for over a year. We have had about 5-6 visits with her and all have been exceptional. The office is clean and front desk staff is very nice. Dr. Kapoor and her assistant are wonderful with the children. They go above and beyond to make sure they are comfortable and explain everything to the children and myself so everyone knows what is happening and why it is happening. She is so great that they now fight to see which one of them will go first. After she is done, Dr. Kapoor makes sure to discuss everything and answer any and all questions that I might have. She really goes above and beyond to make sure the children's oral health is cared for and that I am a part of the process.

Horriible experience. They are more concern about making money than satisfying and getting new clients. Aweful customer service and they overcharge us for everything. They made a 7 years old girl go through a root canal to then pulled the tooth just a month later. Also, the dentist did a filling to the same girl that fell off a few months later and unlike most of the other dentist that I know, they didnt want to guarantee the filling and therefore charge us again. Never, never go there.

There is no medical practice I have across in all my years in any discipline as well run as Roar Dental. Now for pediatric dentistry they are absolutely the best with my kids who are BEYOND nervous. So I started seeing them for myself and was floored by the service provided. I only had cavities filled and regular teeth cleaning. My kids had cavities filled as well as cleaning at age 6. Their wait time is minimal. They have a great scheduling system. The facilities are small but well kept. Their reception staff is well trained. All the dentists and staff have excellent bed side manners. Everyone seems happy to work there and take pride in their respective roles. I can't believe this place is a light rail stop away from me and I don't have to trek to NYC or Hackensack where most of my peers are going.

Fantastic new dentist for me. Thorough, painless cleaning. Quick, painless filling.
