He is scam he dont have a process server lic if you whant to get him he live in p.a call dept of consumer affair dept

I needed court papers served and they never got served.

I emailed my documents and western union money transfer number to Robert Lawson on a Friday and could not even reach him until Monday after I texted and called over the weekend. He said that he shuts his phone off to "be commited to his family" but if you tell me that you are delivering it on Saturday then to me - your working and your phone should be on!! On Monday Robert even pointed out in a text that it due to the lack of communication - "I must have thought it was a scam." which I did and still do think.

He claims he went there 3 times - Saturday, Monday and Tuesday and made the delivery on Tuesday afternoon but when I confirmed it with the person being served, he said that he was never served. Robert offered to go back and take a picture of the person he served and I'm still waiting for his photo and call back. Thank G-d I was able to find someone last minute to serve the papaers.

I hope you take this into consideration when looking for a process server, which in reality is an expensive delivery man. I really could have used the $50 and not wasted my time and money on him especially when it something as important as court documents.
