I had a wonderful experience at RK Bridal. There is a huge selection of high qualiy gowns and the prices are unbelievably reasonably priced. It is a diamond in the rough! I was seen right away by my consultant Monica and she was terrific! I told her what styles I was looking for and she was able to find the gowns. When 1 of them was slightly over the budget she informed me first and didnt just have me try it on and fall in love with something I couldn't afford and I really respected that from her. Monica never rushed me and was helpful every step of the way. Every staff member I came in contact with was very helpful. I found the wedding book, garter, wine glass set and cake knife set all for half off the original price. Thank you to Monica, Cheryl, Lisa, the tailor lady, Sandy and the lady who found the wedding set, making my day even more special!! I can't wait to pick up my gown! I will recommend to everyone.

After visiting many bridal stores for a "mother of the bride" dress I decided to make the trip to RK Bridal. I was very glad I did! Not only was there a plethora of dresses but my consultant Mary was warm, patient, and knoweldgeable. The only issue I had was which dress to choose! My experience was extremely stressless and hassel free. RK Bridal you are now the go to shop and I will be singing your praises to everyone. Thank you!

I ordered my wedding gown from here a few months back and I must say there are no complaints. My dress arrived earlier than scheduled, my consultant Janice was super nice and accommodating. There is a pretty good selection of gowns, the prices are even better and even the sale rack had decent gowns. I didn't have to wait long to be seen and overall, I do recommend this place.

Go anywhere but here! Honestly!! Just run! At first glance, the place seems great. They have a large selection, but if you are someone of a smaller size you are stuck trying on a dress that is 10 sizes too big. My mother ordered her dress after trying on one that was about 4 sizes too large. She was reassured by the sales woman that they would order the size she needed and if would fit "beautifully". Well, fast forward three months, we go to pick up the dress. My mother tried on the dress and it needs major alterations ( important to mention my mother did not change in size in the interim). The sales woman informs my mother they don't have any availability for alterations here, so she would need to take the dress elsewhere to be altered. Again, we had ample time before the wedding (at least 5 months). So, annoyed, we leave and take the dress. My mother visited 5 reputable seamstresses.....3 immediately declined as they said the dress required too much work. One advised it would cost more than the price of the dress. The last stated the dress wasn't even worth fixing because it would need to be completely taken apart and redone to fix it properly. Needless to say, she had to abandon the dress and ultimately purchased a dress elsewhere.

In short, avoid the frustration and purchase a dress somewhere. Their goal is to just get you in, buy a dress and leave you with a dress they have no intention of altering. When the dress was ordered the sales woman should have known that based upon my mothers proportions the dress wouldn't have fit. And even when the dress was tried on after it was ordered, the sales woman should not told have told her it only needed minor alterations. They knew full well the dress didn't fit properly and seems it was intentional they pawned her off elsewhere so they didn't have to deal with it.

For the volume of people this store gets and the number of dresses they have for you to try on, I must say their service and organization is ok. As was mentioned in another review, you must get there before they open or at the very least a little after to start trying dresses at a decent hour. The lady taking names was very sweet and advised my party and I to go get breakfast while we waited. When I started trying on dresses the consultant was nice enough but tossed some of my selections aside and brought in what she chose (some which were not my taste at all). Then toward the end she got a bit impatient and tried to force me to buy the dress the same day...so I walked and purchased the dress of my dreams elsewhere.
As a side note, if you want to find mother of the bride dresses, you'll get excellent service! My mom is still smiling from ear to ear from the great service we got!
