Customer service takes forever to get back to you if at all. Lead Perfection software is unintuitive, horribly designed, and lacks many important features, even ones that are so standard their absence lends itself to lazy development (like filtering search results for example). You can not create custom reports yourself; instead, RJR has to build it for you, a process that often takes weeks. The software may have been good in the 90's when digital CRM and project management were still in their infancy, but for today's business world Lead Perfection is so antiquated it is almost unusable. Find a system that actually works and makes your business more efficient. Zero stars.
