haha what a joke! not interested, we did this before, don't call here again, take us off your list, click! haha, really professional. So apparently you've never had a bad experience with anything in life...My question to you is, have you ever had an angry customer at the business you provided for them? I know you have, cause I've read the reviews...and if you provided bad business, wouldn't you want to reach out to them and right the ship (yeah thats a military phrase, I am a Navy Vet)...and what if an angry customer acted like a child on the phone too, just like you did? You probably would want to earn their business back or do whatever you can. My point is, everything, every product or service does have lemon every now and then, the fact that you don't understand that is concerning but when things go bad, give whoever the chance to right the ship, otherwise you will burn many bridges along the way.
