I never in my life have ever witnessed customer service like this. Antonio who is the owner is the most disrespectful "man" I have ever come across. He treats his customers like they are scum.
On top of bad customer service, he gets tickets on cars while working on them and throws the tickets out. He promised the world and never follows through with it. When you show up to the shop, he sneaks out the back and gets in his car and drives away. He Sends nasty text messages to customers. This "man" should be ashamed of himself and I hope someone never treats his mother the way he treats his customers.

If I could put a 0 I would. Had my car for WEEKS- promised me the car would be up to date for all parts, interior and exterior. Once we get there, the car is not even inspected, full of dust and garbage! When we confront the "owner" he drives off and does not confront the situation. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS AND LIARS! They then told me they would fix the parts they thought needed to be repaired (let me mind you I went for a second opinion and there was a list of repairs). Did not trust them, asked for money back- they refused to give it to me. VERY NASTY VERY RUDE business people- I ADVISE EVERYONE DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!
