Oh well, I am writing a review because I just got back my chanel dress dry cleaned from River Walk it will be my 30th birthday in 2 days! I am so pleased how well they pressed, tailored and cleaned everything. They are great in my profesional wear too! I love RiverWalk Cleaners, it is so unique! She even gave me a discount, so nice!!! and it is true, they have been here for 6 years so the negative review below is totally fake. Also they have a different location in Bergen county with over 25 years of experience so they are super great and moved to this place with that experience. Excellent Service since the day it was opened, I remember I have just moved into the nearby building since commuting to Manhattan and needed clothing services, they do an excellent job on all of my profesional and non profesional wear. Not only is the store beautiful and clean but they deliver around the area. Great friendly service, always offering discounts. Fast service, fast tailoring as well as taking great care of fine expensive mateiral. This store is the era of cleaning clothing services around NJ-NYC area!! I am also pretty sure that the negative comment below is fake, i only know because their store opened only 6 years ago and I started my job 6 years ago and saw there grand opening then!! It is so sad how people try to do such things just to make their business look bad!

I have only had great experiences with this cleaners, in terms of convenience and quality. Their free delivery is incredibly convenient if you live within the area and so far, I've never been charged extra if I need to place a rush order on things. I usually make a visit myself for any alterations and they have always been super helpful with advice.

Have been giving them quite a bit of business and have received average results at best. They staple tickets on some articles and use pins to hang shorts. Their wash and hanging of shirts are not properly ironed with many wrinkles on the shirts.

I have been using dry-cleaning services for the past 10 years and have never seen such bad quality and manners. I will not be using them even though I live on the opposite building.
