I will first start off with the good. The amenities here are pretty nice. They have valet dry cleaning, a huge pool/deck area, small gym (hotel sized) and a 24hr doorman.
Now, here is the bad.
The maintenance staff works on a 'least amount of effort basis' which means that you might have to have something fixed two or three times by them.
The management is lazy and ineffectual (especially if you are a renter). They constantly mess up your bill and give you a minimum amount of time to mail in your check (has to be mailed). If there is an error, it takes multiple phone calls to get it fixed. They also seem to 'lose' your paperwork when it benefits them.
The latest act was during my time to move out. As per policy, I notified the correct people and sent in my forms two months ahead of time to move out. Two days before I am supposed to move, I get a call from the management office stating that they want me to move out the next day because they are booked on the Sat (the day I am supposed to move out). They had no explanation for me as to why they are telling me the day before when they have had two months to let me know so I could make arrangements.
There are a ton of great condos and apartments in the area, my advice is to find another one.
